The Green60 App is a time and attendance tool for employees of companies that use Green60 payroll services. Employee accounts are created by the employer. The App does not allow users to create an account.
Information the App collects
How we use this information
We use this information to provide the time and attendance service, to verify your identity, and to prevent fraud. We do not use it for advertising. The App does not contain advertising or analytics software.
Sharing
We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for their own use. Your time records, including location, are available to your employer as part of the payroll service. To send verification text messages we use an SMS delivery provider, which receives your phone number for that purpose only.
Security
All information sent from the App is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
Time and attendance records are payroll records that belong to your employer. We retain these records, including the location, phone number and device identifier associated with them, indefinitely, so that they remain available as evidence in the event of a dispute and to meet payroll record-keeping obligations.
Because these are employment records, we cannot delete them at the request of an individual employee. If you have questions about your records or believe they are inaccurate, please contact your employer.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at rob@green60.com.
