In my opinion, the best testimonials is experience, because reviews given by others can be easily faked. People are hungry for discounts. I had vendors say to me, “if you give a five start review on our **** I give you 10% discount”. This review is not valuable because it is solicited.
Alternately, I can ask my friends who do not even have a business to give a good review or testimonial. Again, in my opinion these reviews do not have value.
Some companies have personal relation or are their competition and put the bad review even though that is not right. Some companies pay a separate company to manage their reviews. If the review company does not get paid, they sort the reviews worst to best. These review companies hold the business hostage and ask for more advertising funds.

In the world of payroll services, a good business owner knows how much a review affects. The best way to find a good payroll service is to try different ones for short period of time. If you are happy with their service, continue working with them, and if not, leave them. The best way to judge a payroll company is to find out t how many years they have been in the business, the longer the better. One should consider whether the company is still using old methods. Sometimes, a person working in payroll services, insurance investments, and any of these fields. It is best to stay away from these companies and instead trust those who only do payroll processing and related services.
