To have proof of payment there should be sufficient documents. The employer issues the Payroll check for support payment to the employee. Payroll check has two parts. The top portion is shows total earning for both this period and also year to date totals. Also provide then the information for beginning and ending period. Also shows the deduction and net amount on the stub. The second portion is a check for the net amount drawn to the specific banks. Payroll checks could be issued either by the Payroll processing company (for example Green60.com) or you as employer. The employer can also issue check by hand writing. Both ways are acceptable in the court of law.
